Processing & Handling

Processing Time: We pride ourselves on the meticulous, hand-finished quality of our jewelry. Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for order processing before your order is shipped. This time is required for quality checks, professional plating (where applicable), and secure packaging.

Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a separate email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping method. Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier, customs, or factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination country. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that you, the customer, are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees incurred in your country. These charges are imposed by your local government and are not included in your item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs Clearance: Customs processing may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.

Packaging & Security

All jewelry orders are carefully packaged in a beautiful gift box and secured within an outer shipping box or padded envelope to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@cudo-jewelry and provide clear photos of the packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged item(s).

Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is officially lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
